有两个瘘口的高颈段硬脊膜动静脉瘘一例
摘要
硬脊膜动静脉瘘（spinal dural artefiovenous fistula．SDAVF）是一种常见的脊髓血管畸形，常发生于胸腰段，罕见于颈段，一般有1个瘘口，很少有2个或多个瘘口。我科收治的1例高颈段SDAVF有2个瘘口，现报道如下。
