摘要
目的及方法:采用问卷调查的方式,通过对某三甲医院病人在就诊时就医院开设多种门诊形式的需求以及对其了解程度的分析,为进一步优化门诊就医流程,合理安排门诊医疗资源提供一定的客观依据。结果:病人在不了解自身病情及医院门诊分科时,不同科室病人对不同形式的门诊需求有统计学差异(χ2=112.090,P=0.000)。结论:不同科室的病人对不同形式的门诊需求有所不同。应加强对不同形式门诊优势的宣传,扩大病人对不同形式门诊的选择面。同时应根据病人需求和医院的条件适当增加门诊形式及种类,如增加专业、专病门诊的种类,在一定程度上缓解专家资源短缺与需求量大的矛盾,为广大百姓提供更加良好的就医环境。
Objective To study the outpatients' demand of medical services, and provide references for further optimizing the process of outpatient service. Methods The demand of outpatients in a grade three and first-class hospital was surveyed with ques- tionnaire. Results When patients did not understand their own condition and the departments of the hospital, the demand of pa- tients between professional outpatient service and special outpatient service had statistically significant difference( X2 = 112.090, P = 0.000). Conclusion Publicity of the advantage of professional and special outpatient service should be strengthened. The form and kinds of outpatient services should be improved to alleviate the contradiction between the shortage and demand for the expert resources, and provide better environment for the patients.
