摘要
采用有限元软件ANSYS建立某车辆后轮鼓式制动器装配数值模型,并进行温度场和应力场的三维仿真与模拟。5次连续制动工况下制动鼓的温度场和应力场分布显示,5次循环最高温度为289℃,第1次循环最大应力为131 MPa。研究结果和试验结果吻合,证明仿真模型和条件设置准确、合理。
In this paper, 3D simulation of temperature and stress field were conducted for vehicle rear drum brake, based on Finite Element software ANSYS. Under the conditions of five continuous braking, the 3D temperature and stress field distribution of brake drum are analyzed, which show that, the maximum temperature in five braking cycles is 289℃, and the maximum stress in the first braking cycle is 131MPa. The research results coincide with the test result, proving that the simulation model and condition setting are accurate and reasonable.
