摘要
通过对汽车变速器中斜齿圆柱齿轮的研究,进行了齿轮精确建模以及弯曲强度的有限元分析。使用三维造型软件UG建立了参数化的斜齿圆柱齿轮模型。利用ANSYS的数据接口将生成的几何模型精确导入,并在该模型上划分网格,对轮齿啮合区和最不利加载位置的确定进行了讨论和求解,并比较了不同的齿根圆角半径对轮齿弯曲强度的影响。
Based on the research of helical gear of automotive transmission, gear precise modeling and finite element analysis of bending strength are carried out. In UG three-dimensional modeling environment, parameterized helical gear model is generated and imported into ANSYS software. Then meshing is made to the geometric model, tooth mesh area and determination of the most detrimental loading position are discussed and solved, influence of different tooth-root fillet radius on gear bending strength are compared.
