摘要
进行了上部组块海上浮装对接作业过程中关键装置LMU与DSU的受力分析,明确了上部组块浮装过程对接动力学分析的目的,具体给出了上部组块浮装对接过程中LMU与DSU受力分析的方法以及环境工况的划分方法等。研究结果表明,上部组块浮装对接过程中,LMU垂向受力和DSU横向受力的最大值发生在上部组块重力100%转移至LMU时刻,而LMU横向受力和DSU纵向受力的最大值发生在LMU与插尖刚刚建立接触而载荷开始转移的瞬间。相关方法与结论可为大型结构物海上浮装过程作业提供参考。
The force analysis of the key devices LMU and DSU in the process of topside module floatover docking process was conducted. The purpose of the topside module floatover process docking dynamics was clari- fied. The method for force analysis of LMU and DSU and the method for classification of environmental operating conditions in the process of docking process were given specifically. The research findings show that in the process of docking process, the maximum value of the vertical force of LMU and the lateral force of DSU appears when the 100% weight of topside module transfers to LMU. The maximum value of the lateral force of LMU and the vertical force of DSU emerges at the very moment when LMU has just established the contact with stabbing cone and the load begins to transfer. The relevant method and conclusion can serve as a reference for offshore floatover process operation of large structures.
