摘要 目前的压裂返排液处理设备基本上以添加药剂的化学处理工艺为主,设备组成庞大,作业成本高,无法适应陕北地区坡陡路窄的运输要求,同时处理后的水质与行业标准有较大差距。为此,开发了模块化压裂返排液处理设备。该设备由沉降处理模块和集成处理模块组成,采用橇装结构设计,各功能模块为集成式框架结构,运输过程中框架与运输车通过固定绳索连接。设备处理后的水质pH值、硬度、浊度、总铁及色度等指标均满足油气井回注要求。 The fracture flowback processing system available is basically characterized by the chemical processing technology of adding agent. The system composition is complex and the operating cost is high. It cannot adapt it-self to the transportation requirement of steep slopes and narrow roads in the northern part of Shaanxi Province. Meanwhile, there is a big gap between the treated water quality and the water quality provided by the industrial standard. Therefore, the modular fracture flowback fluid processing system was developed. The system con- sists of sediment processing module and integrated processing module, adopting a skid-mounted design. All function modules are of integrated frame structure. The frame and the transport vehicle are connected by the fastening rope in the process of transportation. The indexes of treated water quality such as pH value, hardness, turbidity, total iron content and chromaticity satisfy the reinjection requirement of oil-gas wells.
