Intersubjectivity as a Logical Starting Point to Build College Students' Management Model

主体性、主体际性、主体间性作为一种人学理念的世界观,对现实世界中人的生存方式作出了不同解读,具有普遍意义,对大学生管理产生了深远的影响。当今世界人与人是一种和谐、平等、共在的关系,他们在交往实践中相互联系、相互依存、共同发展,表现出主体间性;而主体性、主体际性及其关照下的大学生管理却陷入重重困境,因此,走向主体间性是大学生管理模式建构必然的逻辑选择。

Subjectivity,inter-subjectivity,intersubjectivity as a kind of humanism philosophy view of the world ,the human way of life in the real world has made a different interpretation ,universal ,had a profound impact on college students＇ management. In today＇s world is a kind of harmony,equality,and people are in the relationship,they connect with each other in communication practice,interdependence and common development, show the intersubjectivity;and subjectivity,the inter-subjectivity and attention of the college student management is in trouble,therefore,to the intersubjectivity is a college student management model to construct the logical choice inevitably.
