摘要
在ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN的基础上,以Mn部分代替Ni降低镍元素的含量,同时为了弥补Mn含量增加对抗氧化性能的不利影响,添加了适量的稀土元素予以修正。通过高温氧化试验,运用X射线衍射分析、金相显微镜等手段,得出了新合金35Cr24Ni3Mn4Si2NRE具有良好的高温抗氧化性能,完全能够取代ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN奥氏体耐热合金。
On the basis of ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN, Ni was partly replaced by Mn to reduce Ni content. At the same time, proper amount of rare earth elements were added to decrease the adverse effects on oxidation resistance, which were brought by the Mn addition. Through the high temperature oxidation test, using X ray diffraction analysis, metallographie microscope, the new alloy 35Cr24Ni3Mn4Si2NRE has good high-temperature oxidation resistance, can completely replace the ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN austenitic heat-resistant alloy.
