热管在铝合金摩轮铸造工艺中的应用研究

摘要 阐述了一种采用新颖的热管技术对铝合金摩轮的铸造过程进行冷却控制的研究。设计中将热管的热端作为模具的一部分,提高传热效率。对热管系统进行计算、校核,并且通过ProCAST软件模拟,验证了所设计的热管可以满足摩轮铸造的散热要求,使铸件没有缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷,阐明了热管技术在铸造中的应用价值。 In this paper the heat pipe that used for control cooling in casting of aluminum alloy motorcycle wheel was designed. In order to improve heat transfer efficiency, the heat pipe was made as part of the mold. The heat pipe system was calculated and checked. The heat pipe meet the thermal requirements of motorcycle wheel casting through ProCAST software simulation, and shrinkage and other casting defects did not appear in the castings, The application value of heat pipe technology used in casting was clarified.
