摘要 煤炭生产是一个复杂的系统工程,煤炭开采的不稳定性使得煤炭生产物流系统具有了不确定性和随机性。本文结合煤炭生产的实际情况,基于物流瓶颈理论和预警理论,在WITNESS的软件平台上进行了开发,构建了煤矿井下生产可视化动态优化决策系统(VDODSMUP)。此系统包含采掘设备、运输设备、提升设备、通风设备、排水设备等17个模块,实现了井下物流可视化、生产物流瓶颈诊断和预警、预测煤矿生产能力、制定生产计划、分析煤矿物流成本等功能。这些功能的实现一方面为动态优化煤矿生产物流系统提供决策支持,另一方面也降低了煤炭生产的物流成本。 The coal production is a complex systems engineering,coal mining instability makes the coal production logistics system with uncertainty and randomness. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of coal production, the mine production visual dynamic optimization decision making system (VDODSMUP) was constructed based on WITNESS software platform by using logistics bottleneck theory and early warning theory. The system includes 17 modules, such as mining equipment, transportation equipment, lifting equipment, ventilation equipment, water supply and drainage equipment etc. It can realized the visualization of underground logistics, production logistics bottleneck diagnosis and early warning, prediction for mine production capacity, production planning, functional analysis of coal logistics cost. The realization of these functions on the one hand to provide decision support for dynamic optimization of coal mine production logistics system, on the other hand, reducing the logistics cost of coal production.
