为了适应新形势下期刊发展的需要,《中国实用内科杂志》编辑部采取多项措施来改进终审会,包括加大约稿力度、按约稿主题召开终审会议,对重点稿件作特殊处理,引进年轻的编委和审稿专家,以及选题论证制度的制定与实施,确保了刊物的学术质量,提高了编辑的专业素养,增强了编委的参与意识,最终提高了期刊的核心竞争力。

Final review is the final procedure in paper processing. It is important to guarantee the academic quality of a journal. For comprehensive journals, the traditional final review cannot satisfy the original need. In recent years, Chinese Journals of Practical Internal Medicine has taken some measures to improve such status, for example, increasing the number of publication of invited papers, taking advantages of comprehensive journals, appealing to young experts and establishing the system of topic selection argument. After some years of practice, the academic level has been increased, and the quality of editors also improved.
