Editor's active role in the quality control of scientific journals and academic misconduct prevention: experience from an international manuscript submission

通过一篇国际论文的投稿实例,阐明国际高水平科技期刊的编辑在答复作者、办刊思路、引导沟通、维护权益等环节中的态度和方法,阐释编辑在期刊质量控制和预防学术不端行为过程中发挥的至关重要的主动作用。

In this paper, the submission of an international manuscript is used to reflect the attitude and management of foreign editors in such treatment as answering to authors, developing new idea for the program, guiding action in communication, and maintaining the authors＇ rights and interests. During these processes, editors can play a crucial, active role in controlling the journal quality and preventing the academic misconduct.
