江西省开发区土地集约利用空间差异性分析

Study on Spatial Difference of Land Intensive Utilization for Development Zones of Jiangxi

开发区是城市重要组成部分,也是区域产业发展和城市化的有效方式,江西省开发区土地集约利用水平在空间上呈现不平衡性。对江西省开发区土地集约空间变异规律的分析将有利于建立江西省开发区土地集约利用评价长效机制,为促进其节约集约用地提供了科学依据,本文以江西省93个开发区为研究对象,对已经收集到的基础数据引用多因素综合法将全省开发区分为国家级和省级开发区两部分分别赋予权重进行集约度分值的计算和等级划分。接着再运用Gsplus软件及空间统计学原理进行空间变异规律分析研究,初步探讨土地集约利用程度的空间差异性,并提出了完善江西省开发区土地集约利用的相关政策建议。

Development zone is an important part of the city, and is also an effective way to regional industrial development and urbanization. Jiangxi Province development zone land intensive utilization level presents unbalance in space. Doing analysis of the spatial variation law of Jiangxi Provincial development zone land intensive will be conducive to establish long-term effective mechanism of evaluation, and it is also provides scientific basis for promoting the economical and intensive land use. The paper has collected 93 development zones in Jiangxi Province as the research object, and then the collected data references multi-factor synthesis, divides the province＇s development zones into two parts. The national and provincial-level development zones are separately gave weighting factor to calculate and divide intensive degree. Then Gsplus software and spatial statistical principle are applied to analyze and research the spatial variability law. It discusses on land intensive utilization degree of spatial difference, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions to perfect the development zone land intensive utilization in Jiangxi Province.
