本文针对EPC总承包项目管理的加强进行了重点讨论。对国内电力工程EPC总承包的应用及存在问题进行了深入剖析,对制约电力工程开展EPC总承包管理的因素进行了分析,并且就加强EPC总承包项目管理提出了一些有意义的建议,希望能够对相关研究和工作者起到帮助和参考的作用。
This article focuses on the enhancement of EPC general contracting project management. The application of domestic electric power engineering EPC general contracting and the existing problems are analyzed thoroughly. The factors restricting the power engineering EPC general contracting management are analyzed, and some meaningful suggestions on strengthening the EPC general contracting project management are put forward, hoping to provide help and reference for the relevant research and workers.
