摘要
针对施工单位在天立广场项目进度管理方面存在的问题进行偏差分析,指出了挣值法在具体工程案例中的应用流程,从中分析项目进度滞后的原因,以便项目管理层及时采取纠偏措施进行调整,确保工程项目顺利实施,实现了对项目成本、进度的监控。
Variance analysis is done according to the problems in Tianli square project's schedule management. The application process of Earned Value in specific engineering examples is pointed out through which the reasons for project delay are analyzed so that the project managers can take measures in time to ensure smooth implementation of the project, and thus the project cost and schedule can be monitored successfully.
