Variance analysis is done according to the problems in Tianli square project＇s schedule management. The application process of Earned Value in specific engineering examples is pointed out through which the reasons for project delay are analyzed so that the project managers can take measures in time to ensure smooth implementation of the project, and thus the project cost and schedule can be monitored successfully.
