Relying on Local Industry Development to Optimize Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Education:Taking the Major of Logistics Management as an Example

分析浙江省物流产业现状及发展对物流人才的要求及趋势,结合浙江省高职院校物流人才的培养情况,指出高职院校应适应企业需求强化对学生人文素养、职业技能和创新创业能力的培养,分析梳理课程模块的作用,构建"三强化"的课程体系,优化人才培养路径。

This article analyzes current logistics industry situation and development as well as the demanding of logistics talents in Zhejiang province. According to the cultivation of logistics talents situation in local vocational education, it suggests colleges should improve graduates＇ humanistic attainments, vocational skills and creative-development competence, constructs the framework of curriculum, optimize the talents training.
