河北省职业技能培训模式研究

Research on Vocational Skills Training Mode in Hebei Province

通过研究目前我省职业技能培训现状,在了解职业技能培训的需求层次和需求内容的基础上,根据河北省职业技能培训的实际情况提出了"T-W-T-W"的培训模式,即"培训-工作-再培训-再工作"螺旋式上升模式。

By researching the current situation of vocational skills training in Hebei province, and based on realizing the layers and content of demand on vocational training skills, the author puts forward the ＂T-W-T-W＂ training mode, namely ＂training - working - Training - working＂ auger-type mode.
