The author of this paper analyzed the subjective and objective reasons affected the quality of humanism of the teacher in sci- ence and engineering fields from the establishment and dvelopment of educational thought, policy and system, etc. The author considered that,under the favorable circumstances of the present time, teachers in science and engineering fields should change their thoughts actively and heighten the level of their quality of humanism through various and effective ways.
