摘要 本文从建国以来教育思想、教育方针、教育体制的确立和发展等方面分析了影响理工科教师人文素质的主客观原因,指出在目前推行素质教育的有利客观条件下.理工科敌师应积极转变观念,通过各种有效途径提高自身的人素质。 The author of this paper analyzed the subjective and objective reasons affected the quality of humanism of the teacher in sci- ence and engineering fields from the establishment and dvelopment of educational thought, policy and system, etc. The author considered that,under the favorable circumstances of the present time, teachers in science and engineering fields should change their thoughts actively and heighten the level of their quality of humanism through various and effective ways.
