摘要
本文论述了高校开展教学工作评价工作的意义，完善评价制应，建立社会评价机制以及建立高校自我激励、自我约束机制等问题。
The article discusses some problems, such as carrying out teaching evaluation, perfecting evaluation system, and building e- valuation mechanism of society and a self-stimulating,self-restricting mechanism of college.
