摘要
业务流程再造(BPR)理论一经提出就引起业界人士关注,并认为是管理界的第二次革命,许多企业也因实施业务流程再造获取成功。本研究首先采用文献分析法对企业业务流程再造理论进行分析,并梳理业务流程再造的基本概念及特征,最后从企业内外部影响因素两个方面,给出业务流程再造企业的改造动因。
(BPR) theory, once proposed, arouses a lot of professional attention and is recognized as the second revolution in management. With the implementation of BPR, many enterprises achieve great success. This paper first analyses BPR by means of literature analysis, states the basic concepts and characteristics of BPR, and finally provides reforming agent of BPR enterprise in terms of internal and external factors.
