关节内注射玻璃酸钠治疗中老年膝关节骨关节炎的疗效观察

目的观察玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗中老年膝关节骨关节炎的临床效果。方法对53例(62膝)膝关节骨性关节炎患者注射玻璃酸钠至关节腔内,每周注射1次,连续5次为1个疗程,以体格检查及问卷式调查形式评估治疗前后临床症状和关节活动功能的改善情况。结果把治疗前后临床症状和日常活动能力的相关评分经过配对秩和检验,P<0.01;将滑液的渗出量和关节活动度经配对t检验,P<0.05。结论关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎,能缓解关节疼痛症状,改善关节活动功能,临床疗效确切。
