Application of MATLAB and Total Station Communication in Bridge Engineering

摘要 结合宁波市杭州湾新区跨十塘横江桥工程实例,介绍了计算机连接SOKKIA全站仪,利用MATLAB语言具体实现了二者的通讯,设计了钢结构桥梁塔柱的安装测量程序。运用三维空间直角坐标系转换原理,通过自定义坐标系与桥梁工程坐标系的空间位置关系,利用制作的测量工件得到的棱镜中心点坐标测量值与其在自定义坐标系下的坐标值的对应关系,计算了自定义坐标系与工程坐标系的13个转换参数,由转换参数计算钢结构节段上口角点坐标值,以指导钢结构节段的安装。 The paper introduces the MATLAB based communi- cation between electronic computer and SOKKIA electronic to- tal station, taking the engineering example of steel structure bridge in the New District of Hangzhou bay, Ningbo city, and designs steel structure bridge towers' installation surveying pro- gram. By using 3 dimension coordinate transformation princi- ple, accommodating the relationship between custom coordi- nate system and the bridge engineering coordinate system, and the relationship between the coordinate of surveying instrument center and its coordinate in the custom coordinate system, the 13 transformation parameters between the custom coordinate system and engineering coordinate system are calculated, and then the steel section upper corner points coordinates used for adjusting are calculated with the 13 parameters.
