新平堤含泥砂卵石层高压喷射灌浆施工与体会

High Pressure Gunite Construction in Silty Sand and Pebble in Xinping Dike and Some Experences from the Construction

摘要 采用高压摆喷方法及三列管法高喷设备对贵港航运枢纽库区新平堤堤基含泥砂卵石层进行防渗灌浆施工。通过围井开挖检查、围井注水试验及钻孔取芯检查 ,验证了设计采用高压摆喷方法进行防渗帷幕灌浆是可行的 ,所采用的施工参数是正确的。并介绍了作者对高压摆喷的体会 ,提出了控制高喷质量及降低施工水泥消耗量的具体措施。 The methods of high pressure swing guniting and three pipes juxtaposition are adopted for the impervious grouting in silty sand and pebble layer in Xinping dike of Guigang hydroproject reservoir area. The well excavation inspection, water injection experiment and core boring prove that high pressure swing guniting method for curtain grouting is feasible and parameters used in construction are correct. The opinions and experences about controlling the quality of high pressure swing guniting and reducing the cement consumption in the construction are introduced in this paper.
