摘要
对红钢3号1 350m3高炉入炉品位低于49.0%的中钛渣冶炼生产实践进行总结和分析。通过提升炼铁生产综合管理水平和操作技术进步,在强化原燃料质量管理、设备管理、炉体炉型维护管理、生产组织效率基础上优化高炉操作制度,在渣比超过630kg/t条件下实现高炉长周期稳定顺行,利用系数保持在2.350m3/(t·d)以上,同时也实现了本地资源应用合理化。
The 1 350m3 blast furnace No. 3 in the burden grade below 49.0% production practice are summarized and analyzed at Honggang. The BF has realized stable production for a long period in the condition of slag ratio more than 630 kg/t through enhancing the ironmaking production management level and operation technological progress, such as strengthening the quality of raw materials and fuels management, equipment management, furnace mainte- nance management, organization of production furnace efficiency. The utilization coefficient of the BF reached more than 2. 350m^3/(t·d). The local resources are applicated rationally.
