摘要
主要介绍应用于热轧厂的蓄热式加热炉控制系统的组成和一些特点。探讨研究蓄热式加热炉的一种先进的燃烧控制方法,用模糊算法替代传统的PID算法,用于蓄热式加热炉的温度控制、混合煤气热值补偿和空燃比修正控制。实践结果表明,加热炉模糊控制系统抗干扰能力强,能有效地提高钢坯温度控制精度以及控制系统的稳定性和快速响应,取得良好的控制效果和节能减排作用。
The configuration and characteristics of the control system for recuperative heater of hot rolling mill were introduced. An advanced combustion control method, which uses fuzzy algorithm instead of traditional PID algorithm, fbr the temperature control, heat value compensation of mixed gas and correction control?of air-fuel ratio of recuperative heater was discussed. Practice results have shown that the fuzzy control system for heater has strong interference resistance, high stability and fast response, can effectively improve the control accuracy of slab temperature and has achieved good control performance and energy-saving emission-reduction effect.
