摘要
目的分析机械清洗和手工清洗两种方法清洗器械的效果和清洗成本,为选用合适的清洗方法提供依据。方法以正常使用的刮宫手术器械为试验样本,采用机械清洗和手工清洗进行分组试验,将样本器械分成5个试验组,并监测各组器械清洗后的清洁质量和测算两种清洗方法的清洗成本。结果五组同比,采用机械清洗与手工清洗器械的清洁质量监测合格率均高于97.00%,对比数据比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);采用机械清洗方法清洗每个器械包的综合成本是17.26元,而采用手工清洗方法是11.10元。结论机械清洗和手工清洗方法都能保证器械的清洗质量,但机械清洗的流程较规范,对环境污染较小,在清洗工作量大和清洗环境较小的医院可以采用机械清洗为主、手工清洗为辅的器械清洗解决方案;手工清洗具有清洗成本低和清洗操作灵活等特点,在器械清洗设备配置缺乏、器械清洗量相对较小的医院可作为首选清洗方法。
Objective To analyze effect and cleaning cost of mechanical cleaning equipment and manual cleaning e- quipment, and to provide basis for selection of proper cleaning method. Methods The surgical instruments of uterine curettage in normal use were taken as experimental samples. Mechanical cleaning and manual cleaning were adopted for grouped experi- ment. The sample instruments were divided into 5 experimental groups to monitor the cleaning quality of the two methods in five groups and calculate the cleaning cost. Results Comparison among the 5 groups showed that the qualified rate of both mechani cal cleaning method and manual cleaning method was more than 97.00% ,and the difference between the two methods had no statis tical significance (P〉0.05). The comprehensive cost of mechanical cleaning method and manual cleaning method on cleaning every surgical instrument was 17.26 yuan and 11.10 yuan respectively. Conclusion Both mechanical cleaning method and manual cleaning method can guarantee cleaning quality of instruments, but mechanical cleaning process is more normative and less envi- ronmental pollution, so the hospital with large work of cleaning and small cleaning environment can mainly adopt mechanical cleaning method and take manual cleaning method as supplement. Manual cleaning method is low cost, easy to operate and so on, so it can be taken as the first choice in the hospital lack of mechanical cleaning method and small work of cleaning.
