复方磺胺氧化锌软膏治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果观察

Effect observation of compound sulfanilamide and zinc oxide ointment in treatment of bedsore at stage Ⅱ

目的观察复方磺胺氧化锌软膏在临床上对Ⅱ期压疮的治疗效果。方法将2011年2月至2013年2月收治的34例Ⅱ期压疮患者随机分为试验组和对照组各17例。对照组予0.2%聚维酮碘消毒后用DuoDermPExtra压疮贴保护创面,试验组予0.2%聚维酮碘消毒后用复方磺胺氧化锌软膏外涂创面。结果治疗后试验组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.309,P=0.038)。结论复方磺胺氧化锌软膏可减少患者费用,临床效果较好,操作简单易行,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of compound sulfanilamide and zinc oxide ointment in the treatment of bedsore at stage Ⅱ. Methods 34 patients with bedsore at stage Ⅱ from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 17 cases in each group. The wound in control group was dressed with DuoDermPExtra for protection after disinfecting by 0.2% povidone-iodine ;while the wound in experimental group was coated ex- ternally with compound sulfanilamide and zinc oxide ointment after disinfecting by 0.2% povidone-iodine. Results After treat- ment, the effective rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group, and the difference had statistical significance （X2=4.309 ,P=0.038 ）. Conclusion Compound sulfanilamide and zinc oxide ointment can reduce the cost with good clinical effi- cacy and easy operation, and it is worthy of promotion clinically and widely.
