老年人餐后低血压的健康指导

摘要 餐后低血压（postprandiMhypotension．PPH）是指老年人进食后所引起的低血压，即餐后2h内收缩压（SBP）比餐前下降20mmHg或餐前SBP≥100mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），而餐后SBP〈90mmHg，若进餐后SBP下降幅度虽未达到上述标准，
