老年人餐后低血压的健康指导

摘要 餐后低血压(postprandiMhypotension.PPH)是指老年人进食后所引起的低血压,即餐后2h内收缩压(SBP)比餐前下降20mmHg或餐前SBP≥100mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),而餐后SBP〈90mmHg,若进餐后SBP下降幅度虽未达到上述标准,
