舒适护理在结肠镜患者中的应用

Application of Comfortable Nursing at Coloscope Patient

目的:探讨舒适护理在结肠镜患者检查中的应用效果。方法:将436例首次接受结肠镜检查的门诊病人按提交申请单的先后顺序分为两组,A组为舒适护理组,B组为对照组。B组按技术常规进行,A组除按技术常规外,在结肠镜检查前、中、后采用全程舒适护理,观察并记录患者在镜检中的恐惧、焦虑、血压、脉搏、疼痛程度、舒适度以及对护理工作的满意度。结果:A组患者恐惧、焦虑、在镜检中的疼痛程度、舒适度、以及对护理工作的满意度与B组相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对结肠镜患者在检查前、中、后实施舒适护理,可使恐惧、焦虑心理得到有效缓解,情绪稳定,心态良好,提高了对疼痛的耐受性,能主动积极配合检查,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,这对提高结肠镜检查的成功率及疾病的早期诊断具有积极意义。

Objective:To investigate the application offects of the comfortable nursing on patients performing colonoscopy.Methods:In sequence of application forms submitted,divided 436 outpatients into 2 groups:group A:based on the colonoscopy nursing technological routine,218 patients received the whole course comfortable nursing,before、during and afterexamining;group B:control group of 218 patientsonly received conventional nursing.To observe and record all patients' fear、anxiety、blood pressure、pulse、pain degree、comfort and satisfaction on nursing job.Results:Degree of fear、anxiety、pain、comfort and job satisfaction were significanfly difference(P<0.05)in compairing with group B.Conclusion:Before、during and after colonoscopy,using comfortable nursing on patients can alleviate fear and anxiety psychology effectively、keep emotional stability and good mental state、improve the pain tolerance、make the patients cooperate with inspection actively,thus raisle contentment degree to nursing work;All of those are of positive significance in the early diagnosis of disease and increasing colonoscopy success rate.
