Spatial Distribution and Influencing Factors of Chinese Construction Supervision Enterprises

基于建设监理行业数据首先研判了中国建设监理企业在数量规模、营业收入和从业人员方面的空间分布基本格局;接着,通过分析建设监理企业的服务特点,提出了4类9项影响建设监理企业空间分布的可能因素;进而分别以2006年和2010年中国31个省、区、市的企业数量为依据并结合省域层面的统计数据及自主调查数据,通过回归分析手段实证剖析了上述可能影响因素的作用性质、强度及变化特征。

This study briefly depicted and analyzed the general spatial distribution pattern of the amounts of construction supervision enterprises （CSEs） based on the careful industry survey , as well as the employee and the business incomes. Then 9 possible factors belonged to 4 aspects that may influence the spatial distribution of CSEs were presented after having a well known about the service activities of CSEs. With 31 provincial data not only compiled from the Annual Survey but also gained through independent investigation in year 2006 and 2010, the contributions of each influencing factors to the spatial distribution of the CSEs＇ amounts were empirically identified and compared by multiple linear regression analysis at last.
