摘要
大连鞍钢金融中心位于大连市中山区港湾广场东北侧,地上包含一幢51层的塔楼和一幢5层的裙房,塔楼为结构高度247.7m的局部不规则超限高层建筑。进行3种软件的弹性及动力弹塑性分析,并针对本项目的特点进行结构加强。经过抗震结构设计后的结构符合设定的抗震性能目标。
DaLian Angang Financial Center is located in the north east of Gangwan Square of Zhongshan zone in Dalian. It includes a 51 layers tower and a 5 layers podium,the tower is a local irregular super high-rise building with 247. 7m. After elastic and elastic-plastic analysis by multi-software,the structure according to the characteristics of the building was strengthened. By seismic design,the project fits the seismic performance objectives.
