摘要
无锡茂业城主塔楼地下2层,地上69层,大屋面结构高度291.6m,建筑高度304.1m,采用型钢混凝土柱-钢梁-钢筋混凝土内筒结构体系。设置三道加强层,伸臂桁架及腰桁架均采用钢结构,结构体系存在超高、加强层、局部楼板不连续等超限项。工程抗震采用性能化设计方法,根据超限情况,采取相应的计算分析方法及构造加强措施,既满足了抗震安全性要求,又满足建筑功能及结构经济性的要求。
The main tower of Maoye City in Wuxi has two levels of basement and 69 stories above ground. The structural height is 291. 6m and the building height is 304. 1 m. Structural system of steel reinforced concrete column-steel beamreinforced concrete core wall is adopted. Three strengthened stories are set while outriggers and belt truss is steel structure.Out-of-code items existing in structural system include ultra-high,strengthened layers and local floor discontinuity.Performance-based seismic design method was adopted and the corresponding calculating methods and structural strengthening measures were carried out according to out-of-code condition. The above measures as a result fulfill the requirements of seismic safety,architectural function and economy.
