松龄血脉康联合缬沙坦对华南师范大学更年期高血压患者生活质量的影响

Effect of songling xuemaikang capsule combined with valsartan on quality of life in patients with menopausal hypertension in South China Normal University

目的观察松龄血脉康胶囊联合缬沙坦对华南师范大学更年期高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法选择围绝经期高血压患者84例,随机分为松龄血脉康联用缬沙坦组和缬沙坦组,每组42例,治疗12周后通过MENQOL量表评分,比较用药后对生活质量的影响。结果联用组与单用组降压疗效总有效率分别为90.48%和83.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用MENQOL量表评估两组生活质量的改善情况,联用组较单用组在心理状态、生理状态、性生活等方面改善情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论松龄血脉康联合缬沙坦治疗更年期高血压患者在稳定降压的同时,生活质量的改善情况优于单用缬沙坦组。

Objective To observe the effect of songling xuemaikang capsule （SXC） combined with valsartan on quality of life in patients with menopausal hypertension in South China Normal University. Methods Eighty-four patients with menopausal hypertension were randomly divided into two groups： patients in combined treatment group（n = 42） were treated with SXC and valsartan and patients in control group（ n =42） were treated with valsartan for 12 weeks. The quality of life was compared by grading of Menopause-Specific Quality of Life scale. Results The pressure control rate in combined treatment group and control group was 90. 48% and 83.33% ,respectively, there was significant difference（P 〈0. 05）. The quality of life in the two groups was different, there were significant differences （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions SXC combined with valsartan is superior to valsartan alone in controlling blood pressure and improving the quality of life in patients with menopausal hypertension.
