摘要
目的评价中孕期连续顺序追踪超声扫查法检测胎儿肢体畸形的临床应用效果,为临床诊治工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法选取2010年1月-2013年5月在乌鲁木齐市第一人民医院接受产前检查的中孕期孕妇5 796例,采取连续顺序追踪超声扫查法对胎儿肢体进行检测,对检查结果进行分析。结果 5 796例孕妇中胎儿肢体异常32例,产前超声检出27例(84.4%,27/32)9种42处肢体畸形;漏诊5例(15.6%,5/32)7处肢体畸形。32例肢体畸形中,27例合并其他畸形(84.4%,27/32),主要有神经管畸形、全前脑、腹裂、脐膨出、心脏畸形、唇腭裂等。单纯肢体畸形5例,3例为足内翻,1例为短肢畸形,1例为多发肢体畸形。结论连续顺序追踪超声扫查法是显示胎儿肢体结构与诊断胎儿肢体畸形的重要影像学方法。
Objective To study fetal limb deformities in the second trimester detected by continuous se- quence ultrasound scanning method to evaluate and analyze its clinical application to provide a reliable ref- erence for the future clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Since January 2010 to May 2013 5 796 pregnant women had been administered antenatal examination. The results of fetal limb detected by contin- uous sequence ultrasound scanning method were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 32 cases with fetal limb abnormalities among 5 796 pregnant women, 27 cases in prenatal ultrasound detection (84.4%, 27/32). 9 kinds of 42 limb deformities, 5 cases of missed diagnosis (15.6%, 5/32), 7 limb de- formities. 32 cases of limb deformities in 27 cases were associated with other malformations (84.4%, 27/ 32). There were neural tube defects, the whole forebrain, gastroschisis, omphalocele, heart defects, cleft lip and palate, etc. Only 5 cases of limb deformities alone, 3 cases of varus, 1 case of short limb deformi- ties and1 case of multiple limb deformities. Conclusion Continuous sequence ultrasound scanning method is an important imaging methods showing fetal limb structure and diagnosis of fetal limb deformities.
