阴极铜打包整形过程中油压机偏载问题的研究

Research on the partial load problem of the hydraulic machine for packaging of copper cathodes

针对阴极铜打包整形过程中油压机压紧滑块导向孔的孔口边缘易断裂的问题,用Ansys Workbench模块对油压机压紧滑块进行加载并仿真分析,得出该油压机立柱的应力应变云图,证明了偏载是造成该断裂的主要原因,为油压机设计提供了参考依据。

Aiming at the fracture of the compressed slider of the hydraulic machine for Packaging of copper cathodes,carry on the simulation analysis with Ansys Workbench. and concluded the stress and strain contours of the column of hydraulic machine. Result proves that the Partial load is the main reason for the fracture,and provides reference for the design of hydraulic machine.
