摘要
本文建立了特厚板坯连铸机弯曲段设计模型,利用有限元分析软件COSMOSworks分别计算了正常浇注、坯头通过及更换中间包三种情况下弯曲段框架的强度及变形情况,为弯曲段的设计提供理论依据。
This paper firstly analyzed the structure and loading condition of special thick slab,and established the design model of bending section,accordingly a FEM COSMOSworks software as the calculating tool,simulated frame strength and deformation for three situations of normal casting,slab-head through,and tundish replacement. Finally comparison results showed that all calculating results fit design requirements,which provide a theoretical basis for bending design.
