摘要
以THP98C-1000型液压机上梁的结构优化为例,采用多指标正交试验的方法确定不同结构参数对变形和应力影响的主次顺序,并通过综合平衡分析得出各结构参数的最优条件组合,从而达到对液压机上梁结构进行优化设计的目的。本文的设计方法提高了液压机性能,降低了材料消耗,同时也为其他机械结构优化设计提供参考。
With the example of structure optimization of THP98C-1000 hydraulic press upper-beam,the method of multi-index orthogonal experiment is adopted to determine the primary and secondary order of impact on deformation and stress by different structure parameters,and the optimum condition combination of each structure parameter is obtained through overall balance analysis so as to achieve the purpose of optimization design of hydraulic press upper-beam. The design method in this paper improves the performances of hydraulic press,reduces the material consumption,but and also provides reference for other mechanical structure optimization design.
