摘要
对某搅拌机配套使用的减速机齿轮轴损坏原因进行了分析,结果表明,齿轮轴的显微组织、渗层深度和硬度均符合要求,减速机齿轮轴破坏属于纯机械过载损坏。通过机械强度校核计算,判定减速机齿轮轴纯机械过载损坏的主要原因是机械强度不能满足要求,因此,建议对减速机重新选型,使其机械强度满足搅拌机工况要求。
The failure reason of the gear shaft of a reducer used in agitator was analyzed. The results indicated that the microstructure,carburized case depth and the hardness matched the specification and the failure could be attributed to overload damage. The calculated mechanical strength indicated incorrected model selection was the main reason for the overload damage.
