摘要
目的 :探讨mPEG遮蔽红细胞表面抗原、制备通用型血液的可能性。方法 :使用mPEG修饰人红细胞 ,观察其对红细胞的影响。结果 :随着mPEG剂量的增高 ,红细胞的A、B和D抗原逐步减弱。在一定浓度下mPEG修饰不影响红细胞的形态、结构、功能及变形性 ,然而高浓度的mPEG修饰可能会使红细胞寿命缩短。结论 :尽管还有很多问题需要解决 。
Objective:To inquire into the possibility of preparation of universal donor blood by camouflaging the surface antigens of red blood cells(RBCs)with methoxy polyethylene glycol(mPEG).Methods:The mPEG was used to modify the human RBCs,and subsequently its effect on RBCs was observed.Results:It was found that the A,B and D antigenicity of mPEG modified RBCs gradually decreased as the dose of mPEG increased.The mPEG modification at appropriate concentration had no effect on the morphology,structure,function and deformability of RBCs,whereas the mPEG modification at high concentration could shorten the life span of RBCs.Conclusion:Althouhg there still are many problems to be solved,the method to prepare the universal donor blood using mPEG has the value of further research.
