围绕津西集团（河北津西钢铁集团股份有限公司）全力打造国家型钢标准研发基地过程中，侧重质量事故及风险防范所形成的质量安全文化建设工作研究。
In this paper around Jinxi group （Hebei Jinxi Iron and Steel group co., Ltd.） to national standard in the process of research and development base, focus on quality accident and risk prevention of the quality of safety euhure construction work.
