摘要
针对煤矿安全监控系统普遍存在的数据远程上传中断问题,通过调查木瓜煤矿近十年来瓦斯安全监测监控系统数据上传中断总次数中,采用单机上传方式和双机并联上传方式分别所占的中断比例,以及两种上传方式对发生误报警事故的影响,分析上传方式的优缺点,从而表明双机并联上传方式的可靠性。对双机并联上传过程中的问题进行了分析,提出整改建议,使双机并联上传方式比单机上传方式更科学。
Based on interruption problems of data remote upload prevailing in safety monitoring system in mines, advantages and disadvantages of the upload modes were analyzed on the investigation of total interruptions in recent 10 years when uploading the data of the monitoring system in Mugua mine, of interruption ratio between single machine upload and two-machine upload in parallel, and of the influence by false alarms. The study showed the reliability of the two-machine upload in parallel. Then we analyzed the problems in the two-machine upload in parallel and proposed some innovation suggestions
