内错尾巷通风方式下上隅角瓦斯超限原因初探

摘要 以潞安集团某矿15101综放工作面为研究对象,针对内错尾巷通风方式条件下上隅角瓦斯经常超限的问题,采用FLUENT数值模拟和现场观测分析的方法对内错尾巷通风方式条件下上隅角瓦斯超限原因进行分析,结果表明,内错尾巷通风方式条件下上隅角瓦斯超限原因是在割煤期间难于控顶而内错尾巷经常坍塌卸压所致,控制支架上方和工作面前的内错尾巷之间的煤柱不垮落是内错尾巷通风方式有效治理上隅角瓦斯的关键所在。 Taking 15101 fully-mechanized working face of Lu'an Group as study object to explore gas emission over limit in upper corner under the condition of ventilation of inner interlocked tail roadways, the reasons were analyzed with numerical simulation by FLUENT and field observation. The results showed that the gas emission over limit was caused by difficult roof-control in the process of cutting coal and then the frequent collapse and pressure release in the roadways. Therefore, the key is to stop the falling of pillars in the upper part of the support and between the inner interlocked tail roadways .
