兼并重组煤炭企业应对危机的管理研究

On Crisis Management of Coal Enterprises after Annexation and Reorganization

在全国煤炭供需形势严峻、煤炭市场持续下行、煤炭价格急剧下跌的背景下,针对山西省煤炭企业经营管理出现的新问题,从安全管理和成本管理两个主要方面进行了探讨,提出了煤炭企业应对危机的建议和措施:以人为本,强化安全管理,着手精细化管理,做好成本管理,并最终形成适合新形势的现代化煤炭企业管理模式。

In the context of serious coal demand and supply situation, declining coal market, and dropping coal price throughout the country, aiming at the new problems in coal enterprises management in Shanxi province, the paper discusses from two aspects： safety management and cost management and proposes suggestions and measures with which the enterprises could deal with the crisis. Adhering to People First, the enterprises should consolidate the safety management, fine management, and cost management so that they could form the modern management pattern to meet the new situation.
