我国高校竞技体育赛事资源优化配置研究——以高校篮球联赛为例

Optimal allocation of Competitive Sports Resources in China's University——Taking China University Basketball Association as an Example

资源的配置方式决定产出的基本方式,随着国家经济体制转型,我国高校竞技体育赛事资源配置方式也逐渐向适应市场经济体制改革的方向转变,但是转变的过程存在着高校竞技体育急切发展与制度资源、物力资源、人力资源等紧张的矛盾。在这种背景下,资源配置状况就成为决定高校竞技体育发展的基本因素,如何从根本上优化高校竞技体育赛事资源配置模式,使各种资源的配置更趋科学合理,业已成为确保高校竞技体育发展的核心。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法等方法以大学生篮球联赛为例,资源配置理论为切入点,分别从研究背景、资源配置模式和存在问题等方面进行了综述和概括,提出了高校竞技体育资源优化配置的对策,以达到促进我国高校竞技体育可持续发展的目的。

Resource allocation mode decides the basic mode of outputting. With the transformation of country eco- nomic system, country colleges and universities competitive sports resource allocation path also gradually adapt to market economic system reform. But there are conflicts between university competitive sports development and lac- king of institutional resources, material resources and human resources during this transformation. Under this background, the status of resource allocation became the basic factor that can decide university competitive sports development. How to optimize resource allocation mode and make resource a!.l.ocation more scientifically has be- come the core that can ensure university competitive sports development. This paper used the methods of literature consultation, expert interview and questionnaire survey to study Chinese University Basketball Association. The authors selected resource allocation theory as breakthrough point and reviewed around aspects including research background, resource allocation mode and current problems. This paper put forward the countermeasures to opti- mize the allocation of competitive sports resources in colleges and universities, in order to achieve the purpose of promoting the sustainable development of competitive sports in colleges and universities.
