DASH饮食联合生活方式改变对社区正常高值血压人群的作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨终止高血压膳食疗法(DASH)饮食联合生活方式改变对社区正常高值血压人群的作用。方法用前瞻性研究法,将参加体检的正常高值血压患者60例随机分两组:干预组采取DASH饮食及量身制定的健康生活方式,对照组采取一般低盐低脂健康教育。于3、6、12个月定期随访,观察两组的高血压转归。结果基线血压两组均衡可比。在随访6个月及12个月后,干预组的收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组;观察12个月后,干预组仅33.4%发展为高血压,对照组有93.4%仍为高血压状态。结论对正常高值血压人群,采取DASH饮食联合生活方式改变,能够预防高血压的发生,促进和维护健康。
