47例急性脑卒中患者胰岛素抵抗的观察

A Study on the Insulin Resistance in 47 Patients with Acute Stroke

目的:对47例急性脑卒中病人的胰岛素抵抗状态进行测定。方法:全部病例测定口服糖耐量试验(OGTT)和胰岛素释放试验(IRT),并据此计算胰岛素敏感性。结果:在全部47例急性脑卒中病人中有43例OGTT异常(占91%);有40例IRT异常(占85%);胰岛素敏感性平均为3.44±2.01。结论:急性脑卒中病人普遍存在胰岛素抵抗状态,在临床防治脑卒中应重视胰岛素抵抗问题。

Objective:To observe the insulin resistance in 47 patients with acute stroke.Methods:Oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)and in sulin release test(IRT)were performed on 47 patients with acute stroke after 3~6 day occurrence,and insulin sensibility was calculated.Results:The total abnormal OGTT rate was 91%;abnormal IRT rate was 85%;and insulin sensibility was average 3\^44±2\^01.Conclusions:This study suggested that there was insulin resistance prevalencent in the patient with acute stroke.\;
