银杏叶提取物对老年高血压患者血液流变性的影响

The Effect of Extract Ginkgobiloba on Hemorheology of Elerly Patients With Hypertension

目的:探讨银杏叶提取物对高血压患者高凝血症的疗效和对血液流变性的影响。材料和方法:住院老年高血压患者29例,口服银杏叶片8周,测定用药前后患者血液流变学的指标,进行疗效观察和比较。结果:全血粘度下降了15.98%,血沉下降了21.66%,红细胞刚性和聚集指数分别下降了24.08%和41.39%,血小板活化因子活性下降了36.12%。结论:银杏叶提取物能有效地改善老年高血压患者的高凝状态并改善血液流变性。

To observe the effect of extract ginkgobiloba on hemorheology of hyper coagulation of hypertensive.Measure and analyse the changes of the hemorheology index before and after 29 cases inpatients with hlypertension having ginkgobiloba tablets for 8 weeks.The results showed that the whote blood viscosity was decreased by 15 98%,erythrocyte sedimention rate was decreased by 21 66%, RBC rigidity index was decreased by 24 08%.RBC erythrocyte aggregation index was decreased by 41 39% and the action of blood platelet active factor was decreased 36 12%.It is concluded that extract ginkgobiloba is an efficacious drug for decreasing the hyper coagulation and the disturbances of hemorheology of elderly hypertension.\;
