基质沥青族组成优化与降低改性沥青反应温度的研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对克拉玛依沥青改性困难的问题,采用沥青氧化、基质沥青调合工艺和化学法改质工艺,对克拉玛依沥青的族组成结构进行改质优化,并对优化的基质沥青进行改性沥青生产的可行性考察。结果表明:基质沥青通过化学改质工艺优化族组成结构后,提高了沥青与SBS的相客性,有效地降低了改性反应温度,降低了改性沥青生产难度。 The technology such as bitumen blowing, matrix asphalt blending and chemical modification were introduced according to the problem of Karamay asphalt modiflcation~ Group composition and structure of Karamay asphalt were optimized, practicability of production of modified bitumen by using optimized matrix as- phalt was investigated. The results showed that compatibility between asphalt and SBS was enhanced after opti- mization of group composition and structure by the the modification process. The temperature of modification re- action and difficulty in modified asphalt production were dropped effectively.
