标准化抢救护理流程在新生儿窒息中的应用效果研究

The application effects of standardized nursing rescue procedure in neonatal asphyxia

目的探讨标准化抢救护理流程在新生儿窒息抢救中的应用效果。方法制订标准化抢救护理流程,并按此流程组织实施抢救。结果抢救成功率提高(P<0.05),抢救时间缩短(P<0.01),患儿家属满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论标准化抢救护理流程科学规范,分工明确,可提高抢救成功率,缩短抢救时间,是一种行之有效的方法。

Objective To explore the application effects of standardized nursing rescue procedure in neonatal asphyxia. Methods The standardized nurs- ing rescue procedure was formulated and the rescue was implemented following this procedure. Results The successful rescue rate and family satisfaction were both improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the rescue time was decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The standardized nursing rescue procedure is scientific, normative and di- vision clear, it can improve the successful rescue rate, decrease the rescue time and has been proved to be an effective method.
