老年冠心病患者自我感受负担的调查分析

Investigation and analysis on self-perceived burden of elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的调查老年冠心病患者自我感受负担的水平,分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、自我感受负担量表对255例老年冠心病患者进行调查。结果患者自我感受负担得分为(32.15±7.80)分,83.53%的患者存在不同程度自我感受负担;患者的自我感受负担水平与年龄、患病时间、照顾者健康状况、医疗费用支付方式、疾病严重程度密切相关。结论老年冠心病患者存在明显的自我感受负担,在临床工作中护士应采取有效的护理干预措施。

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of serf - perceived burden （SPB） in elderly patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Totally ,255 elderly patients with CHD were recruited and investigated with a self - designed demographic questionnaire and Self - Perceived Burden Scale（SPBS）. Results The total score of SPB was （32.15 ± 7.80） ,83.53 % of the patients suffered form SPB. The influencing factors of self - per- ceived burden were age, duration of disease,health status of caregivers, mode of medical care provider payment and disease severity. Conclusion Most elderly patients with CHD can feel obviously self - perceived burden, clinical nurses should take effective measures to reduce their self - perceived burden.
